  10. ppi12x4 says on: 13 March 2010 at 6:46 am

what do you think came in the infiniti Q45? VH45DE. 4.5 liter V8 built by nissan.

  11. pley3r says on: 13 March 2010 at 7:08 am

its called a VQ45 lol google it

  12. sehrkuhl says on: 13 March 2010 at 7:17 am

Nissan doesn’t make a V8 engine with such a small cubic inch displacement. All Nissan’s V8′s are 5.6 Liter or up. So either the person who made this doesn’t know what they’re talking about or they were misinformed.

my uncle used to ski behind this. its is the 4.5 litre nissan. it races in the 8 litre class. nizpro are building a new 6 litre quad turbocharged engine with 1500 hp.

  14. Jimsa84 says on: 13 March 2010 at 7:49 am

You should see the boat in their workshop at the moment. I was talkin to the guy building the engine.
It’s a USA built 5.4 litre Nissan V8 which has been rebuilt to a 6 litre Twin turbo putting out around 1200kw at the crank. It’s nasty!

  15. omgwtfbbqsauce12 says on: 13 March 2010 at 8:45 am

the video looks like its made by nizpro itself
and it says nissan 4.5, i think they know what their talking about

besides that engines quad cam, alot more complicated than the pushrod things chevy make sure their more powerful but so old school design…. what ever works i guess :)

Chevy LT5 32v DOHC 5.7 liter made in 92. Not this engine but chev made one

  17. orionis996 says on: 13 March 2010 at 8:52 am

Yeah, cause Chevy has all those DOHC V8′s. Look on their website, they race that boat all the time.

  18. scribklu says on: 13 March 2010 at 8:52 am
